Description:
Our west facing end unit ON THE SAND features ocean views from all rooms and also overlooks the marina. The balcony with it's OWN gas Bar-B-Que extends to the first floor deck with a picnic table above the lovely, large tropical swimming pool. The complex features a large waterfall, Koi ponds, spa and tropical gardens with running streams throughout. This resort has full security and parking is under the unit with an elevator.
 The pier is close with restaurants, shops and fishing. Boat rental, shops, restaurants and fishing outings are available at the marina. Close to Disneyland, Sea World, Lego-land, Wild Animal Park, Sea World. 

  Amenities of the unit:
* Full kitchen...full refrig with ice maker, dishwasher, full stove and oven, microwave, dishes/utensils , blender, toaster, etc. Highchair attachable seat.  Table seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools.  Additional card table and chair.   
*Beds: 2 queen size beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper, 1 queen airbed
and 2 futons and a PACK 'N PLAY are located in the unit for flexible sleeping arrangements.

At the Marina and pier.  WE ARE CLOSE TO THE MARINA AND THE PIER IS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF US.    Lots of restaurants, shops, snack food, fishing, boat rentals, deep sea fishing, kayaking, entertainment, dancing. 

 No smoking except on the balcony.   No pets in the entire complex.   Handicap accessible...no stairs.
